Eric Dover, MD is one of the founding members of what is now known as HARBR. He is a busy activist in the area of healthcare regulatory board reform and is often one of the first people found and contacted by licensees when they are experiencing unfair treatment by their boards. Dr. Dover has been in contact with decision makers and lawmakers and has frequently testified before the Oregon legislature on matters related to healthcare and healthcare regulation. Christian Wolff, MA
Christian Wolff, MA is one of the founders of HARBR proper. He is an activist, organizer, rallier, writer, and signer of HARBR documents and communications. He designed and maintains HARBR’s website and manages HARBR’s online communication forum. Christian began his career in healthcare regulatory board reform as a participant and contributor to the processes of the Oregon Board of Psychologist Examiners 15 years ago.
